Our family's history has been tied to cattle farming since its first generation, which helped to explore and develop the Cerrado Mineiro Region by raising and trading cattle. Today, consistent to a tradition that is over 150 years old, we raise a breed of dairy cattle called Guzerá.
Quality stands above quantity for us, therefore we produce our milk almost as artisans, with the least possible application of antibiotics, feeding the cattle with a diet based on salt and grazing. This milk sustains a small production of Extraordinary Cheese that express the high quality of a handmade production model.
